FAQ

Can I try the app before choosing a paid option?

Yes. Demo lets you enter the App Demo with sample data and see the workspace before choosing a paid option.

Is MyDebtLens available outside the United States?

MyDebtLens is designed and built specifically for U.S. users managing personal debt, using U.S.-focused terminology, inputs, currency, local context, and reporting language, so it may not fit non-U.S. debt situations.

What does the one-time snapshot include?

It includes a 24-hour access window with one Premium Detailed Report, one Snapshot Report, and one payoff workbook, based on the plan rules currently configured in the backend.

Is the one-time snapshot the same as Premium?

No. It is a short-access snapshot, not an ongoing workspace, and does not include ongoing calendar access or saved active-scenario tracking after the access window.

How does Premium billing work?

Premium options are handled through Stripe, and MyDebtLens stores the plan result after Stripe confirms checkout or billing changes through verified events.

What happens if I cancel Premium?

When Stripe marks a subscription to cancel at the end of the period, Premium access remains available until that period ends, and the billing page shows the current Stripe-managed status.

Is this financial advice?

No. MyDebtLens explains scenarios and tradeoffs using the information you enter, and it is educational context, not financial, legal, tax, credit, or investment advice.
