Overview
DeepSeek Harness is one of the AI products offered through AI Store, listed on the site as DeepSeek's official agent. AI Store gathers 30 AI products under a single account: each launched product opens its own isolated cloud workspace, and usage is billed by the minute without users having to apply for any API key.
The cloud workspace runs in the browser and works on a phone as well. Each user gets an isolated container, and artifacts produced by the agent — web pages, reports and PPTs — open directly online. Every month includes 3 hours of machine time, counted by workspace runtime, and an idle workspace is reclaimed automatically after 10 minutes.
Beyond the cloud version, the same account and the same credit balance can be used in a local version that runs workspaces on the user's own GPU, and in a native desktop app for macOS and Windows. Keys are hosted server-side, web search is available with sources, and one account and one credit balance work across all three modes.

A long task that rarely calls models consumes only machine time, and using models on the desktop consumes only credits.
