Overview
Binocular Discrepancy is a WebXR experiment interface for dichoptic presentation. It provides per-eye stimulus configuration, allowing separate left-eye and right-eye stimuli to be defined. The page includes controls for geometry, continuous flash suppression, and custom media.
The interface lets users choose shapes such as left chevron, right cross, 2D lines, triangle, square, ring, cube, sphere, and octahedron. For each eye, users can set color, initial X/Y/Z positions, spin axes, and speed in degrees per second. The left and right eye sections are labeled LEFT EYE and RIGHT EYE.
The tool offers Create link and Enter VR actions. If immersive VR is not supported on a device, the page states that configuration remains available. A link to a popular science guide is also provided.

Use Cases
- Researchers use per-eye stimulus configuration to present different visual stimuli to each eye.
- Experimenters use Continuous Flash Suppression to run dichoptic suppression experiments.
- Users use Custom Media to include their own media in the experiment.
- Teams use initial position controls to place stimuli at specific X, Y, and Z coordinates.
- Teams use spin axis controls to define rotation axes for each stimulus.
- Teams use the speed control to set stimulus rotation in degrees per second.
