Overview
Avatar App Kit is a local, open-source studio for the Higgsfield API. It allows users to drop a photo and generate images or videos that place them in another city, wearing a garment, or standing next to someone else. The app requires users to bring their own API key, which is stored in an httpOnly cookie or .env.local and forwarded only to the local server. It offers recipes such as Teleport, Try-on, and Duo, and supports both Photos and Video modes. Video generation runs two stages and shows a combined price first. The app probes model availability and pricing at startup, displays unsupported models greyed out with reasons, and reports changes when model constraints require different values. Results expire in about 7 days and include an expiry badge and download button.
