What exactly is RunSheet?
RunSheet is web-based delivery route management software. Dispatchers use it to build optimized routes and assign them to drivers; drivers use it on their phones to navigate, mark stops, and capture proof-of-delivery photos. Everything is logged automatically so there is a full record of every delivery.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You sign up free with no credit card and get full access to every feature for 7 days on any plan. After day 7, your account and data stay exactly as they are, but you need to pick a plan from your billing page to keep creating new routes, clients, or drivers. There is never an automatic charge.
Do drivers need to download an app?
No download is required; drivers open their route in any mobile browser. RunSheet is also available as an optional Android app on the Play Store for teams that prefer a native experience.
How many stops can I add to a route?
There is no hard cap on stops per route. Plan limits apply to the number of routes created per month, not the size of each route.
Can multiple drivers run routes at the same time?
Yes. Each driver gets their own assigned route and works it independently, and dispatchers can watch all active routes from the admin dashboard simultaneously. The number of concurrent drivers is limited by your plan's driver seat count.
What is proof of delivery and how does it work?
When a driver marks a stop complete, they can snap a photo and add a note; the photo is timestamped and stored against that delivery record, so it can be pulled up in seconds if a customer disputes the delivery. Proof of delivery photos are included on Growth and Business plans and available as a $19/mo add-on for Starter.
What happens if I go over my monthly route limit?
You get a clear message when you hit your limit. You can add a Route Pack add-on ($19/mo for +200 routes) without upgrading your whole plan, or upgrade to a higher tier for a bigger monthly allocation. Limits reset at the start of each calendar month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep all features until the cycle ends. Everything is managed from your billing dashboard.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Each company gets a fully isolated workspace, and all data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. RunSheet runs nightly backups with 7-day retention, and proof-of-delivery photos are stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure.

Yes — annual billing is available via the Monthly / Annual toggle above the pricing cards.
