• Order status and payment reference identifiers needed to confirm purchases, fulfil services, and process refunds. We do not store your full card or digital-wallet credentials.

• Provide, maintain, personalise, and improve ToolCenter, including accounts, submissions, listings, articles, and saved tools.
• Create orders, verify payments, deliver purchased services, prevent duplicate fulfilment, and process eligible refunds.

• Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services.
• Stripe for checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, and refunds.
• Resend for transactional and newsletter email delivery.
• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Plausible when those measurement services are enabled.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or a successor organisation when disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or part of a legitimate business transfer.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, and—when configured—advertising measurement.

ToolCenter is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
