Do you handle B2B invoicing?
Yes. Kelviq generates compliant tax invoices for customers instantly. For Enterprise plans, it supports manual bank transfer reconciliation.
What counts as a 'metering event'?
Any usage signal sent to Kelviq, such as '1 token used' or '1 minute streamed'. These are aggregated to calculate the final bill.
How fast are payouts?
Payouts are on a T+7 rolling basis. For established Enterprise partners, T+3 or custom schedules can be negotiated.
What does “$5K” mean in the pricing?
It refers to total processed volume, not the number of transactions. Once total sales reach $5,000, the pricing tier changes.
How does the pricing change after $5K?
You pay 2.9% + 40¢ per transaction until you reach $5,000 in total volume. After that, pricing moves to 3.5% + 40¢ per transaction for all subsequent transactions.
Are there any additional fees?
Yes, there is +1.5% for international cards (non-US) and +0.7% on recurring subscription charges.
Can I migrate my existing Stripe customers?
Yes. Because Kelviq builds on top of modern payment rails, it can migrate tokens and subscriptions without customers needing to re-enter their card details.
