Overview
Vivijure is a self-hosted AI film studio that enables users to make films with AI on their own terms. It runs a control panel on Cloudflare or on a local machine, with both hosts shipping the same studio features in the same release wave. Users can write a storyboard, render on their own GPU, RunPod, or a cloud motion API, and own every artifact. It is free, AGPL-3.0 licensed, and not for sale.
The studio provides a pipeline from storyboard to finished film. It includes steps to write the storyboard, cast characters with LoRAs, draw keyframes, animate each shot using various backends, optionally finish and score with interpolation, lip-sync, upscaling, music, or TTS, and assemble, title, and download. It supports mixing own-GPU and cloud per shot.
Vivijure is a module host with shared orchestration in vivijure-core. It offers two control panel hosts: vivijure-cf on Cloudflare Workers and vivijure-local on Node. It provides three doors to a GPU: rent on RunPod, use own GPU with LTX 12GB or CogVideoX 16GB, or bring your own cloud motion API. It also includes an MCP server for AI agents to drive the studio.
