Overview

TRIM is an AI Product-to-Build Copilot that turns chaotic product intent into a focused, buildable MVP before development begins. It operates as an upstream triage surface before AI coding agents, forcing builders to isolate the single core value proposition, sever premature bloat, sequence the strict build order, and lock the MVP scope. The tool establishes a strict, non-negotiable triage pipeline: CHAOS → CONTEXT UNDERSTANDING → FEATURE EXTRACTION → SCOPE REDUCTION → PRODUCT TRUTH → MVP LOCK → BUILD HANDOFF. It outputs structured development handoffs (MVP_SPEC.md, BUILD_ORDER.md, CUT_FEATURES.md, PRODUCT_TRUTH.md) tailored for coding agents and engineers. The client is built with Flutter, uses local Hive storage, and communicates with a Vercel serverless function that proxies to Groq LPU Cloud (openai/gpt-oss-120b). All session history remains on the device, and no API keys are present in the client.
