Rafter – an MCP server that shares one team's memory, skills and agents

Rafter is an MCP server for teams that use AI assistants. It gives Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code one shared memory for the team, covering the skills and decisions that everyone’s AI should already know. Rafter connects over MCP, so it appears inside the tool the team already uses.

Rafter preserves repeatable work. When one person works out how to do something, Rafter keeps how they did it so the next person’s AI can do it the same way, first try. It also maps how every document, decision and skill connects into a knowledge graph of the firm, so a search follows the threads rather than just the words.

Pricing is per person. The Free plan covers up to 3 people. The Team plan is $29 per user / month and adds connectors, connected search, version history and rollback, and sharing across teams and workspaces, with up to 50 members. The Business plan is $99 per user / month and adds unlimited members, SSO, audit log export, priority support and a DPA.
