Overview

opsinist is a system for running a company of AI agents out of a single git repository. It represents roles, work, cost, evidence, and escalation as files, and nothing else. It is designed for any craft, not just code. Unlike tools that rely on dashboards, opsinist is an operations department in markdown, with a budgeted core and forty-three trigger-loaded chapters that can be read, diffed, and deleted. It includes parts it admits it cannot enforce. It installs into various runtimes such as Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, and any tool that reads Agent Skills. It works outside software, and it maintains itself through its own machinery with validators in CI.
