merokam

Merokam is an online platform for agricultural work and workers across Greece. It connects employers and workers in the agricultural sector, and also supports agronomists and a wholesale B2B marketplace. The homepage describes one account with four paths: worker, employer, agronomist, and producer/merchant.

Workers can declare availability and apply to job listings with one click. Employers can publish listings and find available labor in their area. Agronomists can create profiles with specialties and receive requests from farmers. Producers can list products for free with quantities and region, while merchants can browse wholesale products directly from producers; merchant registration is listed at 0€ per month.

The platform outlines steps for registration and login, including Google SSO; listing or availability; search and one-click application; and contact and hiring, where both sides receive SMS and email with contact details. It also provides mutual ratings after collaboration, with 1–5 stars and an optional comment, shown on community profiles. The homepage displayed 2237 users, 158 listings, 382 available workers, and 2499 applications.
