Overview

ServicIA is an embeddable agent for service marketplaces, built as a prototype during the Agents, Everywhere hackathon (AI Tinkerers x OpenAI) by team Vibing Studio Code. The client describes a problem via text, photo, or voice; the agent diagnoses it, estimates cost and time, and recommends professionals with a concrete explanation. The economic mode is active by default; the full mode adds conversation and automatic web enrichment. It is a generic, independent prototype built during the event.

The system is designed for organizations that already have professionals and need to classify and route requests, such as marketplaces and service apps, companies with in-house technicians, home insurers, and building administrators. It is not a marketplace itself and does not include its own professionals; the demo uses synthetic profiles. The complete pipeline is available as an HTTP endpoint, allowing backends to send a problem and receive a diagnosis and recommended professionals in JSON.

ServicIA is a tool-use agent with a deterministic pipeline, not an autonomous loop. The model interprets natural language and photos to produce a structured diagnosis, while the code handles retrieval, filtering, ranking, and explanation. In full mode, CopilotKit runs headless and can invoke the diagnosis action from chat. In economic mode, the button calls the pipeline directly and shows the same summary, avoiding chat calls before and after diagnosis.

Users can configure their own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, or OpenRouter, choosing a model or entering a compatible ID with vision and structured output. The configuration is stored in the browser's localStorage and sent to the server for each query; the application does not write keys to files, logs, or Git. The demo runs on the team's key with per-IP limits: 60 diagnoses, 60 chat messages, and 20 provider searches per hour.
