Overview
Blast Radius is an agent that joins a team's workspace as a real member (Ambiguous AI) and watches every deploy to close the risk loop end to end. It estimates the impact of a pull request before merge, verifies that estimate against live traffic after deploy, alerts the team with evidence, and rolls back the offending commit only when a human says so. Every outcome is written back to the workspace as a Task, a postmortem Doc, or a Ledger Sheet row.
The agent reads the whole diff and reports on cost, error rate, and latency changes. It analyzes each hunk of a pull request, comments on the PR, and posts a summary in the channel. After deploy, it compares live traffic against the previous release and issues alerts with evidence tables linking errors to commits and authors. A prediction bridge records the difference between pre-merge estimates and live results in a ledger.
Rollback is human-triggered via a channel command, reverting only the specified commit while leaving other changes intact. The system includes deterministic fallbacks for LLM failures, a crash-safe rollback queue, and idempotent webhook processing. It integrates with GitHub, Vercel, and a workspace platform, and provides a message catalog for channel interactions.
