Overview
The AI-PMO Platform is a runtime that encodes PMO know-how as executable templates and runs them by combining LLM calls with the tools a team already uses. It is designed to run on the CLI alone, with an optional browser screen for showing progress. The platform is free and licensed under GPL-3.0, permitting commercial use, modification, and redistribution under copyleft terms. The architecture envisions an autonomous PMO cycle with executive/PM approval as its gate, and the project maps each element of that vision to code that actually exists today. The platform includes a Task Engine that automatically collects progress and generates tasks, a PMO AI Core that makes deterministic decisions without LLM, and a Project Digital Twin that syncs from Jira daily. It also provides role-specialised agents for development, testing, research, writing, and sales, with strict limits on what each can write. The system is self-referential: the project's own development is managed via a WBS in wbs/aipmo.yaml, with progress, speed, and completion estimates tracked by aipmo wbs status, and 'done' only passes when evidence exists, checked by CI.

- Teams use wbs_risk_forecast to forecast WBS drift and record an approval-pending replan proposal.
- Teams use digital_twin_sync to daily-sync the Project Digital Twin from Jira.
- Teams use model_comparison to send the same prompt to several AI providers at once and compare the results.
- Teams use parallel_notify to send independent notifications concurrently to cut run time.
