The repository is the umbrella for turning one long-form video into multiple platform-ready short clips, then improving and tracking those clips over time, without hand-scrubbing footage for every candidate moment.

The repo lists sub-agents for Cross-Format Repurposing, Short-Video Editing, and Content Performance Tracking. Cross-Format Repurposing turns one long-form video into multiple short vertical clips ranked by virality potential. Short-Video Editing applies captions, hooks, and pacing edits to raw clips for platform-native short video. Content Performance Tracking tracks which repurposed clips perform best across platforms to inform future clipping decisions. Required Muapi APIs include media.transcribe for transcription with timestamps, media.extract_highlights to rank transcript segments by virality signal, media.crop_video for vertical auto-crop, and social.analytics for per-post performance data.

Every action in the repo is draft-only: clips, edits, and rankings are produced as files/candidates for a human to review, not auto-published to any platform. Publishing is out of scope; approved output is handed to the relevant social agent with explicit approval. Cross-format-repurposing is Blueprint status: the underlying capability works, but the end-to-end flow has not yet been verified inside this specific repo. Content performance tracking is also Blueprint, and short-video editing is Coming Soon.
