Overview
PharmaCare is a Flask-based AI sales and customer service platform for a pharmacy-style business domain. The project combines a LangGraph agent, PostgreSQL business data, customer authentication, order operations, support workflows, an administration dashboard, and a document-grounded Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipeline. The system follows three primary principles: the LLM understands the request, selects actions, and writes natural responses; application code validates, authorizes, confirms, and controls execution; and tools and the database are the only sources of business facts and operation results. The demonstration catalog and products are fictional, and document-grounded health information is informational only and is not personalized medical advice.
