FAQ
What is adyoutiser?
adyoutiser is a self-service DOOH advertising platform in Austria and Slovakia. Users upload creative, pick a screen, choose a date, and can be live in 5 minutes with a minimum of €2 and no agency needed.
Where are your screens located?
Screens are currently in Vienna and Bratislava. Expansion to Lower Austria and more Bratislava locations is planned for Q3 2026.
What is the minimum budget?
The minimum budget is €2, with no minimum campaign duration; a single day can be booked.
How do I pay?
Payment is via Stripe Checkout using credit card, SEPA, or Google Pay, and is taken before the campaign starts.
How long does creative review take?
AI moderation checks every ad before it reaches the screen, and if rejected, a specific reason is given.
Can I cancel a campaign?
Campaigns are booked by the day, so booking short is advised instead of cancelling. Days already paid are not refunded; if something goes wrong, contacting support is recommended to find a solution.
How much do partners earn?
Partners earn a share of net ad revenue depending on the ad share on their screen. The rate is agreed with each partner and visible in the dashboard.
When do partners get paid?
Partners are paid automatically via Stripe after the campaign ends, with a monthly self-billing credit note as a PDF, so they never write an invoice.
What is the notice period?
There is no lock-in and no minimum term.
How does the promoter program work?
The promoter program gives 5% lifetime commission on every payment from referred customers, with first-click attribution. Payout is via Stripe Connect on the 5th of each month.
