›What payment methods are accepted?
Secure Stripe checkout: credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay; Alipay and WeChat Pay depending on your region and device — the checkout page shows what is available. Need an invoice? Add your company name, tax ID, and billing email before paying.
›Can I get a refund?
Rejected tool submissions get an automatic full refund within 72 hours. Once approved and listed, no refunds since the service was delivered. Sponsored articles prioritize revisions over refunds.
›Can I edit the listing after it's live?
Yes. Log in → My Submissions → Request Edit. We re-review within 24 hours.
›How do the three plans differ?
Basic $29: permanent listing + rel="sponsored" commercial link + "New" badge for 7 days. Premium $69: everything in Basic + 30-day featured slot + 14-day category top + permanent Verified badge + highlighted border. Pro $89: everything in Premium, with the featured slot extended to 60 days, 30-day category top, priority 24-hour review, plus 1× Sponsored Article credit.
›What is Sponsored Article?
Sponsored Article $49 is a content placement: you supply an 800–2,000 word EN or ZH draft; we edit and publish. Commercial links use rel="sponsored". We do not guarantee indexing, rankings, or traffic. Revisions first, refunds only when we cannot publish. No tool listing required; Pro already includes 1 credit.
›Will Google index my listing?
Tool pages are publicly accessible, self-canonical, and included in our sitemap. Google, Bing, or Baidu discovery, indexing, rankings, and traffic are not guaranteed. Sponsored article pages follow the same policy.
›Can I submit a tool I didn't build?
Yes, but make sure info is accurate. If the original maker claims it or requests removal, we'll refund the unused portion.
